Retainer clients can always call or email to set up an appointment. We will strive to respond to all appointment requests within 48 hours (on business days) and to set up appointments within a week of the request.

Phone consultations will be recorded on special request and will be sent the recording in mp3 format to the participant. Phone recordings are considered confidential. We will only send it to researchers who were on the call. We will charge a additional € 5 per recording.

Limited (depend on the scale of the job, but somewhere between 1 and 25 short emails (one we can answer in less than 3 to 5 minutes) for anyone named in the retainer program.

Automatic billing by credit card or department invoice will occur monthly.
